I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my home. When they brought the pizza it was the wrong thing. The delivery guy said that he would take it back and have them me issue full credit (since they don’t do refunds). I called tonight to use my refund. Ordered exact same thing. Was told I owed $9 something. She got that straighten out. Then said that I would have to pay an additional $3 for delivery. Asked why when they didn’t deliver the correct pizza in first place. RecommendedI’ve noticed there have been some not so stellar reviews on here lately. We ordered a few days ago and the food was great! Tons of toppings, requested customizations were done exactly as asked and it arrived hot fresh and fast. 🙂
this used to be our favorite restaurant eating as a kid your guys's customer service and food is horrendous the last two times you've eaten there you guys have screwed up the orders it was not edible
We orderd zplace quite a bit (As our favorite place in huntington) mostly subs and some chicken and pork. Today being national pizza day said what the heck, and ordered a chicken bacon ranch and had it delivered. When we received the pie it looked like the toppings slipped in the box which was not hugely a big deal. As we has to recut the pie to be able to grab a slice anyways. two I I got two large pizzas. When they showed up they have the wrong toppings in that became violently ill And ended up in the hospital for the past 48 hours! They do not clean anything in the kitchen, there is food and garbage everywhere! Customers service was a joke. They only waited on the table one time in over an hour we had to refill our own drinks.
