Great jewelry and very good service! I don't agree with previous review at all! I recently purchased an exquisite tsavorite set of ring and earrings from Z Fine Jewelry. I was extremely happy with the service and explanations of sales people. The quality of tsavorites is excellent, they are very dark and clean and they look much better then standard quality emeralds that are sold everywhere. Seem dishonest or clueless The sales person tried to get me to buy a supposed name-brand "Tsavorite Emerald." I wasn't familiar with tsavorite, so I went home and did some research. Tsavorite is a much cheaper garnet stone, not an emerald. From my point of view, it looks like either they're willing to say anything to get a sale, or they don't know their stones.
There is no better This store is amazing. My family has been doing business with Z Fine for about 8 years and we have never been dissapointed. The jewelry is unique and is always a conversation starter. The salespeople are incredibly nice and they will always help you find the perfect whatever it is you are looking for. I would never go anywhere else. This is my jeweler for life.
