The quality of the sea urchin seems to be very inconsistent. The one I purchased today tasted noticeably bitter and lacked the fresh, sweet flavor that sea urchin should have. Unfortunately, I also experienced diarrhea after eating it. This was very disappointing and raises concerns about the freshness and quality control of the product.
Fresh and great quality! Ordered 2 of the Regular Sushi Sets online and specified gluten free for one set. Pleasantly surprised that it came with gluten free soy sauce that was clearly labelled, very fresh fish, and very punchy ginger & wasabi with a kick. The one rub was the temperature of the sushi was a little .. more room temperature than expected even though we ate it very soon after being notified it was ready. Still delicious!
