very bad communication and no phone answer building durty.! not clean front door light dark
It's two years since I've been living here. Abdul is an amazing property manager who had promptly solved all maintenance issues I ever had. It's been a great experience living here, with clean and safe environment, great access to public transportation, groceries and very nice cafes/restaurants. The neighbors are also nice! I recommend Yuma Gardens to anyone!
Abdul has been so welcoming and helpful. He keeps everything clean and functional and is happy to lend a hand whenever he can. Thanks for all your hard work Abdul!
The best part of living at Yuma Gardens is having Abdul as the service manager. Abdul always responds immediately and resolves any and all problems quickly and effectively. As well as a great service manager, Abdul is also so friendly and makes everyone feel welcome in the community!
I have lived here for about a year now and it’s been nothing but great. Whenever I have an issue Abdul who is the building manager fixes it quickly. Would very much recommend.
