We were absolutely thrilled with our experience here at Yucca Valley Ford. We were treated so well by all the staff. I can not speak highly enough of Jared. He was not a pushy salesman as I've experienced in the past. He was very polite and answered my millions of questions without a drop of annoyance. We got a better deal than I could have imagined. Thank you all so much for our excellent service.
I have always had good, reliable, courteous service at this dealership Over the years I have had several oil changes, several smog checks, and a replacement of a clutch, in my Kia Spectra 5. All of it has gone well, and never had a problem with the work, afterwards. Great customer service. It is the only place I go to for my auto work and repairs, and I have tried several in the area, over time.
Bought a new Expedition today and thank James in the Fleet Dept for your great service! Told him what I needed, he found it and we got it done fast! Made car buying enjoyable instead of a headache!
Great experience and great deal. Daniel is the best salesman, low pressure and a genuinely nice guy. Ask for him! Got a great car, a great trade-in price, and actually enjoyed the car buying experience. And I have a sweet ride sitting in my garage.
