So for the 6th time we have had to take our Ford Focus in because the Clutch, TCM AND Gear shift fork actuator have gone out. This is how we received our car after the last visit
Service Department Manager Neil is a liar and takes advantage of senior citizens. If you want honest service go to FIESTA FORD so worth the drive !
Recommendedthe whole staff where friendly. Christopher Garibay was very helpfull and attentive. they did want to let us leave with out a car that fit our needs and budget.
I do not have one good thing to say about this ford. EVERYTHING about them is HORRIBLE. I took my perfectly good car to them to check the recall that I received for it and now every few months it won’t start. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE NO MATTER WHAT. Spend the extra money and take it down to Palm Springs area
Absolutely horrible service. Took my vehicle in for warranty work Wednesday morning and was told the vehicle would be done Friday. Now being told that it won’t be done until Monday, and I’m supposed to be without a vehicle all weekend. Not the first time this has happened either. I’ll drive to Palm Springs ford before I ever go back here again.

I've been to this center multiple times for car maintenance, and every time I leave happy. the staff are very kind, and willing to work with you if you have any questions or concerns. not only that, but their work is very quick. I've been in and out faster than any other dealership. I would recommend this center to everybody with a ford, they truly do care about your experience!
