They have always had a bad rep. I have lived here for 38 years and they suck.
Went above and beyond for my family. Would definitely do business with them again!
Coolant leak fix: $1100 at Ford.....$385 at Woods Wheel allignment: $125 at Ford.....$40 at Ole's Rickity noise from muffler: Ford cant even find a noise......$45 Woods to weld a fitting.
Joe Daugherty is the guy too see if you need a new ride.
Omg. Joe Daugherty was the best for getting me my vehicle. He spent a lot of time getting me to where I needed to be. I had the best experience car shopping and that usually doesn't happen! I highly recommend you buy your next vehicle there and ask for Joseph(Joe)! ��
Lol. This place is a freaking joke. I will never be back to do business with them. Sent us a letter in the mail saying that our contract was rescinded and that we must return it. When we got there they said the letter automatically gets sent and that it was sent out without them knowing.
Terrible terrible customer service. Their service department is a joke. They insulted me by calling my husband a liar & I just keep getting the run around about my car. No one seems to know anything but excuses. This is my 2nd time dealing with their awful service department. I should have known better than to go there after a salesman approached us smoking a cigarette when we first initially looked into buying a car there. We recently put new tires on our car . We found Yucca Valley Ford to have better pricing than large tire stores and the installation was quick and professional.
