Great people to work with. Extremely clean facility and security. The portal and setup is self service: that said I had issues when trying to enroll and I called on Sunday when not other facility was open and John helped me through the entire process over the phone. Exceptional support.
Their response concerning varmints inside our unit: "Sorry about the mice. We are trying to rid them but hard to do."
Great owners and great place to store your camper or boat.
I don’t know the man’s name who owns/runs this place, but he is an incredible human being! You can rent online. The area is very well maintained and clean. There is lighting on the property if you have to go in after dark. This is probably the cheapest storage I found in Loudon county. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you’re in need of storage!
