I needed to replace water heater, submitted request to Home Advisor at 8ish PM Mike called around and show up at 7:00AM. He provided costs of replacing Tankless water heater and I decided to replace with same water tank heater. He went home picked up his kid to help him out and got a new water heater. The the job done at 11:00AM. I didn't bargain because he offered competitive price
Daniel Cordova showed up at the appointed time. He was friendly and listened as I showed him the fix it things that I use to be able to do myself. He fixed all the problems in a very timely manner. The price was very reasonable, I had called for another estimate and didn't hire the plumber, because the price that I was quoted was outrageous. I will use Daniel Cordova's Plumbing service for all of my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend this service.
Worked with Mike on this project. However, on finally payment that he actually charged $200 more on top of the contract. Due that I am at work and my wife was pay for it....

As it turns out Mike Cordova called in response to my inquire via your website. He tells me that Daniel Cordova is his son and competitor. Mike showed up within the hour from his phone call and very promptly cleared the clogged pipe problem. He was very courteous, efficient reasonably priced and courteous. Should I have any further plumging needs I will certainly consider using Mike again. I rate him at 5 stars with 5 stars being the best.
