I hired Mike Cordova to install a kitchen sink faucet and a garbage disposal. He did everything correct except for properly securing the the dishwasher line to the garbage disposal. Well, a couple of days after he left, i ran the dishwasher and it flooded area under the sink. I called Mike to explain what happened and said it wasnt his fault because he claims to have secured that line. Mike knows his stuff. I was wanting a top tier water heater for my home and he recommended a Bradford White EcoDefender series. Since I had a previous opportunity to test this model water heaters in high volume demands, I know how they perform. And true to what Mike claimed, this Bradford whites are doing their job right now !!! I just hope this heaters perform past their warranty period coz this models do cost a lot money

Mike and Victor replaced the fixture to the supply line house to our refrigerator's ice maker. They were very fast, efficient, personable, and likeable guys. I would definitely recommend them and have them back to do more future work at our house.

I needed to replace water heater, submitted request to Home Advisor at 8ish PM Mike called around and show up at 7:00AM. He provided costs of replacing Tankless water heater and I decided to replace with same water tank heater. He went home picked up his kid to help him out and got a new water heater. The the job done at 11:00AM. I didn't bargain because he offered competitive price
