The caregivers are nice enough. Alex , when I signed papers and when I spoke with him a few times was very nice and professional. Kelsey is rude and very unprofessional. I didn't appreciate the way she talked to me and seemed very unconcerned that her caregivers were late for 5 of the first 5 visits up to 20 to 25 minutes. This is a great service with good people, but recently severely understaffed. My Dad depends on a sitter around the clock and he hasn’t had one all week in the AM. We’ve been fortunate to have one at night, but I was just informed he won’t tonight. This puts a tremendous burden on me as well as the hospital staff. You need to be able to adequately staff or make a change by hiring more and increasing pay to lessen turnaround. Staffing two sitters for an entire hospital is not acceptable.
