Just went through several days of hospital care with my mother. Got this company’s name as a referral from hospital employee and man am I glad I did. They did an outstanding job. I worked with Kelsey who did an absolute fantastic job of making sure that we felt comfortable and that the caregivers were scheduled. Kelsey and Chanda were fantastic. Caregivers were so compassionate, engaging and helpful to my parents. Very flexible and understanding service. Really helped my family out in a time of need.
I’m so upset and hurt I’m 7 months pregnant and was relying on this job as a means of income while I’m on maternity leave from my real job everything they say is a lie and it’s not reliable or stable income by any means my first night working at the hospital I was warned by coworkers and coordinators that I would not work every day I’m scheduled that they would cancel shifts and tell you last minute which they did to me after I paid with my own money to even get to work.Mind you they are only paying $13 and hour in this econ... read more
I loved my clients but the office is a problem, Kelsey especially. & it's sad when clients have complaints about your direct and the company doesn't do anything about it..
