Thank you for the excellent service. I had an amazing experience overall.
The clinic is very clean. The service is excellent. I was only there for a consultation and also for the treatment plan.
I am abit disappointed with the appointments. I have no idea why they delay the schedule appointment. After 4 months wait for a final appointment for implants I carme for measurements but still they didn’t got it and delayed it till next appointment. For next week hopefully they get the implants measurements. By end of march it will be 5 months instead it only should be 4 months. I hope the clinic improves its schedule system to provide more reliable and professional service.
Going to the dentist is somewhat stressful for me but my experience on the first visit was amazing!! Dr katherine assessment was thorough and clear. Then ms payal practically jump to through hoops just to help me with finances just so i can get the right dental care i desperately need. Thank you so much🙏
After cancelling my appointment the endless calls chasing me was next level. 15 missed calls in one day. Till all hours. After blocking the number they started calling from other numbers. Definitely not a business that respects people’s privacy.
