I would give you a hundred stars if I could!! I absolutely love Michael, I didn't have a faulty computer but I did have a problem with my internet this weekend. I message him and asked him to help me out, I told him what was up and my frustrations with my internet provider. He offered me a solution that worked perfectly!!! Back to surfing the web!!! Thank you soooooo sooooo much!!!!
If I could give these people negative stars I would. My 55 year old mother came into the store to buy a computer that worked. What she got instead was a line of bullshit about how Windows Vista is a good operating system and that it would be better than 7. Windows Vista is an absolute shit OS, and to lie to someone about it because they don't know any better is sickening. Not only that but it came with a hidden virus installed in the drive partition. As always Mike did a fantastic job for me. My main computer went down last night due to a pending hard drive failure. I called this morning then dropped it off around 9 AM and picked it up at 4 this afternoon. Thanks to Mike all is good and my employees get paid Friday as usual.
