Please stop doing business with Homesnap Inc at all levels. In recent 2-3 years their customer service has gone down to extreme levels. I get charged fees out of the blue without any prior notifications. No, I am not talking about automatic fees you pay for ads or social media promotion of listings. If you are a broker or agent I highly suggest watching out for Homesnap's deceiving advertising practices. Young Kim, of Young Kim Realty, did an excellent job helping us to find a house to down-size into, then quickly sold our existing house after we put in on the market with Young Kim Realty. Young is a very qualified and competent realtor who knows the Dayton market very well. She is experienced at representing you whether you are selling or buying a home. She knows all of the things you need to know as a realtor to help you cover all of your bases in this changing real estate market. I highly recommend her.

Young Kim went above and beyond to help my husband and I, who are first time home buyers, purchase our first our home. She was available whenever we needed her and has the best connections and expertise in real estate that you could ask for. Every step of the home buying process was easier because we had her on our team. Without Young, I think we would still be looking for a house right now. We can't recommend her enough, she is incredibly loyal to her clients.

I did not have a good experience. I signed up for a trial period then was changed $500+ to renew. I did not utilize the service at all. Pay attention to your promo period.

Terrible customer service, leads are about as phony as they come. Steer clear of homesnap, homes.com, etc. all their affiliates are garbage. They love taking your money though, and love telling you too bad when they don't perform. Someone with enough time and energy should fight these guys tooth and nail.

I’ve had a VERY GOOD experience with HomeSnap Pro+ membership! I love the app because it is so accurate since it’s directly linked to our MLS system. And there is no other real estate app that provides the camera snap! Clients are automatically and visibly impressed when I explain that feature to them! I decided to extend a membership at HomeSnap Pro+, the first year paying $99. I was very happy to see the extra features that I could view as an agent.
