Young Kim was amazing through every step of the selling process! She toured our house as soon as we told her our plan to sell and gave us a to do list to get started on making it ready. Before we even moved out she had a list of contractors and repairs ready to go for the day after we were scheduled to move. Young went above and beyond. Our dream home came on the market before we were officially going to start viewing houses AND while she was in Korea. After just a few phone calls, she got the ball rolling. We communicated via phone (with Young getting up VERY early sometimes) until she was back in the states. Despite the difference in time zones the whole process from viewing the home to negotiating the contract to the home inspection to financing went smoothly. We got our dream home!
