Young Kim helped us sell our parents home, and we couldn't be happier. Her advice on how to prepare the home for sale, what the asking price ought to be, the best way to deal with items that arose during the inspection, how the closing and transfer of the property to the new owner work,, and many other things was sound and reassuring.
