I am currently a patient at Young Family Dental in Riverton, Utah. I have found Dr. Pung to be a very competent dentist. He has a very good bedside manner. He is a most caring dentists, concerned with the well-being of his patients. I have also found Hygienist Sheryl to be a well-qualified hygienist. She is very thorough in making sure the patient's teeth are cleaned properly. She asks if the patient is comfortable and not hurting. Worst dental every they messed up my extraction and a piece of tooth was still sticking out and they said they would take care of it and I thought that was the end of it then 4-5 months later, get a call that I was being billed for this, when they said they would take care of it. That's horrible. 3 years later they still haven't taken care of it. And keep dismissing me when I call.
