I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle fixed several days before the appointment time. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was told that they couldn't fix it because their kit was bad. I was not called at anytime. I strongly recommend going elsewhere to have any work done to vehicles.

The customer care in Young's Service Department is outstanding! Whether it's handling routine maintenance, scheduling in a repair on short notice, or arranging for a loaner car....the team at Young's is always going above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. Everyone dislikes those unexpected car repairs but even when the bill is high, this team does such a great job that you still leave with a smile on your face! I was traveling from Las Vegas to Ionia to visit family when I developed a problem with my truck, I called ahead to Young Chevrolet and told them what the problem was and gave them the trouble code, they pre ordered parts so to get me in and out as quickly as possible, they also gave me loaner to drive for the day, not some traded in piece of crap but a brand new Z71 pickup. Since Ionia is my hometown I went out of my way to give the dealership some business under my maintenance plan. They ended up creating a big problem which could have been avoided if the service representative would have done their job properly. GM ended up giving me a service voucher as the dealership had only intentions to deliver a poor experience to make a lousy $56.84. I am upset management ignored my concerns. I absolutely love my new ride but was a little disappointed in the end . Before I purchased I was told I could get automatic start put in very easily but when I came back to get it oops I guess you can't . I was quite dissapointed as that was the one thing i really wanted in my new car. I was told i can go to a different company and have one put in but would have to have two key fobs . Overall the people are very friendly nice and don't push you into purchasing i would definitely go there again!
