We had some troubles finding the problem with my wife's Traverse but the service department stuck with us. After a couple attempts the problem was resolved. It was great to deal with positive personnel and get it fixed. Great people!!! Big big thank you to Melissa as she was AWESOME the whole way! Thank you!
After getting into an accident my truck went into the shop for 2 months. Got it back and going 70 down 131 tire falls off due to lack of inspection. That being said 5 weeks later I get it back with being told it needed an alignment took it to belle tire and 3 front end parts were still bad and needed to put 260 for parts into the truck. And being it sat there so long the batteries were dead and instead of charging them they kept jumping the truck and ruined the batteries so another 300 into it.
