Service tech in my case did both poor work and lied about completing work he did not do. GM Eric Ridenour sided with the tech had excuse after excuse. I strongly suggest you find another service center i will be.
Absolutely NOT!! I was a former sales lady. I absolutely loved selling and did great. But it had to end fast do to the men there. Devin M. would be little me in front of costumers and coworkers. He would steal costumers away from me because I was a woman and he’s a sexist pig. Harassing me almost every day. To force me to quit. 6 months ago I financed a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 for $14k. LAST THURSDAY the engine blew. There is $7-10k in repairs needed. The power steering and ignition have both been going since day one. We reported every problem to this dealership. Not even 3 weeks in we were calling with issues and concerns.
