After calling due to not receiving any response to my email for days spoke with someone not friendly at all. Also frustrated that now I'm told I have to mail a letter to cancel my membership which will cost me another months payment. Under the current circumstances I think this is is ridiculous to say the least especially since I've been paying for all thes months you've been closed. The least you could do is take the letter at the location where I live.
I am being charged despite the fact that the gym is closed due to Covid-19. There is 0 way to actually contact someone with youfit to resolve this. I will definitely be cancelling my membership as soon as I am able to get in contact with someone or mail it in.
RecommendedNice and clean facilities. Plenty of workout equipments, flexible hours since very early! Nice background music and an unbeatable razonable price. 100% recommended.
this club is amazing and so is the staff!! Very affordable for a retiree too. Highly recommend.
It's just the right place for ME! NEVER too many ppl, & the Silver Sneakers class that I take on Tues & Thurs with Kelly is a GREAT Workout!
