I usually go a.minimum of 3 days a week and shoot for 5. I love it there. Great staff, always able to get a great workout in.
Love this place!! Newer equipment, clean, and staff is very educated!
I go to YouFit around five to six days a week continuously I have been there for the last your and a half consistently the staff are great they're very friendly and outgoing they are very helpful when needed and most of all Youfit stays pretty clean. But seriously the staff is what makes this place my go too. They are all cool people and they bring a energy that we can feed off of to push our workouts to the next level

They are targeting us for fees and regardless of what they tell you over the phone you will have a different answer from all in store. I have been there a year this month and I have never worked out once. I came in there several times to cancel with my card and they still had not done it a year later. Do not sign up for personal training, all they want to do is to get you on a contract, they say it's cancellable, but after 3 months continue to bill each month, I was signed a trainer and before the first block of sessions are over he is fired or quit, then I never went for more training under another training with more sessions left, now they still want to bill for 3 more months at $160 a month.
