Great out of town workout site. I do the 20 station Express Workout.
The staff are friendly and always cleaning. When UF is in session, tends to get crowded in the afternoons. I go in the morning and never have to wait for a machine. I've not used the trainers or taken any classes so can't speak to them.
Everyone has been great so far! Tried almost all the machines today. Just joined so working into it slowly. Seven miles, 38 minutes, 180 calories. I think it's up to the individual what they accomplish. Next up, a Zumba class. �
A great club. Price is right you can't wrong. Good for anyone.
Love the staff and people there. Equipment always clean ✅
