Doesn't give good customer service it sucks that when you have a issue that no one shows care or concerns
I LOVE IT! Staff is very helpful and attentive. Always there if you need help or have a question about the equipment. Very clean and well organized facility. I'd definitely recommend YouFit to anyone looking for a gym! ��
Absolute terrible customer service. I could rant about it, but that fixes nothing. Considered going there once moving back to Gainesville, but after the way things were so poorly handled, I will not even recommend YouFit, let alone go there. Really disappointed.
I have worked out in many gyms and this one is one of my favorites. Polite staff, clean equipment and spacious. I get in there, mind my own business, get my workout done and leave. I like it there and glad I joined.
Management made a PT contract to fit my budget! Awesome trainers and management. Clean facility.
