I'll have to agree with the "worst gym ever" sentiments. When I bought my membership one year ago, I paid for training. Three trainers disappeared on me. I asked for a refund on the training dollars after the 3rd one quit and was told they couldn't do that. Enter Trainer #4. My membership expired 3 days ago. I was told told I could finish up the training. Arrived for my appt. and was told I needed to buy a day pass. The imbecile manager wanted to argue about it. Only place I'll workout when I'm in AZ visiting family. Great gym and atmosphere.
Just pulled my credit report to find this location has opened an account on my credit report for $2,788...7 years later!!! I cancelled my membership in 2009! I've literally stepped foot in that location twice...in 2009!!! After relocating, I cancelled my membership. Fitness Works, I suggest someone contact me ASAP, before my lawyer contacts you
There are not enough 45lb plates to go around. You have to go to other stations to gets plates. Constantly. Many Machines need to be have minor repairs done. Fire extinguisher in gym hasn't been checked in over 2 years. There are no paper towels in locker room. Blow dryer only. Could be a very Nice facility. A little TLC would go a long way.
