I sent an email at the beginning of last month requesting my Membership be CANCELLED to schandler@youfit.com effective immediately. Never heard anything from them until TODAY when they charged my CC for another month. So, I called and explained my situation and was told I would receive a callback. STAY AWAY. Misleading and aggressive sales people disguised as trainers. I should have known from the minute I walked in that this was nothing more than a bunch of used car salespeople in gym shorts. Was told this was a no contract plan and now that I want to cancel they want to throw out the roadblocks. Wake up YF! There is too much competition out there, playing the sleezy sales role will not get anywhere.

Personal trainer Jeff McIntire is the best. After being hospitalized for 3 months I needed physical rehab therapy. That was in the spring of 2017. I went from a wheel chair and a walker to standing on my own and regaining my muscle strength. I could not have done this without Jeff. Jeff was very patient and so understanding. Have been fighting for months over charges. Finally got a manager who knew something, so fingers are crossed. Have been charged for 3 months now and cancelled membership more than 3 months ago. They can't find why I am being charged. When I went to cancel m husbands membership, they could not even find him in the system. UGH. Fingers crossed it will get resolved now that I have been able to talk to the billing company.
Denise is awesome!! However, the bathrooms/ toilets are always dirty, nasty and wet.
I have enjoyed it and the classes with the instructors are fantastic. Denise and Wendy specifically I always enjoy. I work out at Williams Field/ValVista but classes are the best at Gilbert/ Germann
This gym is a waste of my money. I will not recommend friends here. Employees seem inconvenienced to have to help you and want to rush. They are also very judgey and the machines are poor quality. Would not go back.
