Fitness Works has been a great asset to me for all the years it has been open. It deteriorated pretty badly a couple of years ago then a new owner took over and there have been numerous improvements since then. Is it ideal? I have been working out here for 2 years. My trainer has been with me almost a year now. They also have a 4 lane 25 yard pool for the days I want to swim.
It's good enough for $10 a month definitely could be cleaner and the mats and pads could be replaced
I have been a member since before they had the facility complete. I have some ok days but many more frustrating experiences. This facility has gone down hill quickly over the last several years with no concern for long time members. My husband has gone many mornings to exercise at 4 am (their opening time) to doors locked and no staff still at 4:30. Today they couldn't come up with a manager about a concern I had. They lost another loyal member today.
