When I walk in I look at those colors I'm put in a peaceful comfortable relaxing state of mind. I just want to be there. Some gyms are all grey and cold looking like a locker room and you want to get it over and leave. Youfit has a friendly atmosphere. I believe it the color green that causes it. The color Green is very therapeutic.
I love the vibe. You can exercise in peace.. The staff is helpful and friendly and best of all it always clean in there. And Katina Neal is an awesome instructor!
Staff are always wonderful and smiling. .very open, positive and full of motivation! They hey on you too if you ate a regular and you mid a day or two..lol..that means they notice! Instructors are awesome and I LOVE THEM ALL!! I have lost 72lbs with the help of zumba instructors Jolisa, Kim, Charlie, Lourdes, and hip hop instructor Katina.. I also love body pump with Kim as well, they all are full of energy. Building is always clean as well as bathrooms

My husband and i workout almost every day! We love you fit.. it is always clean and the employees are very friendly. Love the mix of free weights amd machines!
