The manager at the Blanding location in Jacksonville Florida customer service is really bad. She doesn’t know how to talk or communicate with customer. Something needs to change

The classes have been fun, motivating and challenging. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The class instructors are encouraging and engaging. I highly recommend this location :)
