Yes it is a great place to workout and meet others who are passionate about their fitness goals!
I like to workout with my partners and there's always enough machines to keep up a good pace and enough room to stretch out. Their playlist is pretty good too.
I love all of the classes but in my extensive training as a former boxer & kickboxer, I wish that gyms would offer kickboxing/boxing classes. What better way to truly condition the body, empower your mind and have fun all the while! It has absolutely changed the face of the fitness industry! Why would this be such a great idea for Youfit? Fabulous classes
Very convenient. It's close to my house and workshop. My personal trainer was awesome! All I had to do was follow her instructions for the first 3 months to get going then eventually, my routine goes into auto pilot. It's been almost 2 years and I still go almost every day!
