This gym is great. My trainer, Kody Smith, is amazing. He has totally changed the way I look in the matter of months. He will push you as hard as you want him to. His boot camp classes are fun and you get a total body work out. I've noticed a huge staff change which I'm not to sure about. It seems as if they hired staff that aren't familiar with being in a gym. There are only a couple of staff left that are there when I started back in February... if they are let go or quit, I'll be following them. Just saying...
You Fit is an awesome gym I was intimidated and hated other gyms and very self conscious since I started at You Fit everybody is so welvoming, nice and other gym members are nice as well and it doesn't matter what you are doing everybody is doing they're own thing not paying attention to what your doing. James my trainer has made me think different about myself and has been a tremendous help and because of him I love going to the gym and I am more motivated than I've ever been to loosing weight and getting a healthier life. ... read more
Management is very unresponsive to customer requests and complaints. The trainers aren't all that they think they are. Meh.
This gym is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The locker rooms are spotless. The equipment is clean and well-maintained. I never have a problem getting access to the equipment I like to use because there is a lot of variety and members are respectful of time limits on equipment. Members are REAL people of every size and age, which makes it a comfortable environment for all health types. On top of that, the membership fees are so affordable.
