Great staff - always clean - terrific pricing - what's not to love
Whoever is running this place is doing a god awful job. I went in to put my account on freeze, a day before my payment went through, Because I'm taking a vacation and wanted to save the 17 dollars. Well I had to pay it anyways to even put my membership of freeze. I asked why since it's a day before my payment ran and management shrugged her shoulders. It's only 17 dollars but still sucks. The first gym I ever joined! I have always felt so welcomed here!
I have never experienced such mis-management before. I've been going to this gym for almost 2 years and management just cannot keep quality employees. The turnover in faces is the worst I've ever seen! When they do get quality trainers or staff, management treats them so poorly they leave! So sad! They don't even bother to call you as the customer and let you know your trainer is no longer there and not to come in for your appointment on the day of your appointment!
