The GM Ulises, alongside John, the Club Director have provided top notch customer service whenever I have inquiries regarding my account. Very helpful and always go out of their way to provide 100 percent customer satisfaction (that's a rare thing to see here in Miami.)

I wanted to comment on David that works front desk and let you know that he has helped me out a lot in any issues that may have in the gym, he is a great person and I'm always glad to see him in the mornings as I walk in , he is always so positive and energetic and that passes on to people.
