A good way to get bacl on track for fitness. I'm enjoying it
Gabriel's circuit class is awesome! He is a great trainer
I like the Zumba class with Vickie on Thursday, the price is very budget friendly, the staff is kind & knowledgeable and at certain times of the day it's nice and quiet for those who do not like crowds like me. I really like it and would recommend it to family & friends.. My Health is Worth it!
Love it! I do wish there was more floor space for lunges and kettle bell work outs! But great environments and clean!
