I feel like review isn't a proper word for this. More like exultation. Lol! It's no secret how much I love my gym. I've been a member for about 2.5 years now, have lost 120lbs, made friends with my trainer (s), and other regulars. This place gave/is giving me my life back. So 10/5 stars, I think everybody should train here. 😁 And when they do, they should sign up with my trainer Jessica Vallejos! She's a total beast and pushes me hard, but never so hard that I've risked injury or anything. 💪
This gym called 911 on me. Here's what happened. I've been a member for almost a year. I belong to a Crossfit/Jujitsu gym as well, so I work out at YouFit infrequently. This is why I want to cancel my membership. When I first joined I tried to take off my shoes to lift weights. It was clean and very little noise because several of the tv's were off (which I prefer). I love working out early in the morning.
I LOVE Carol's Step class and Body Sculpt class! I've been taking her classes consistently for almost 2 years and I have had amazing results building muscle and burning fat.
COREY is an awesome instructor, highly recommend the classes
