Love this place and the atmosphere!! I'm so comfortable with working out there and I love the staff!!
They revoked my membership and continued to charge my account. When I called to rectify the situation, a game of phone tag ensued. Talked and emailed with a rep, and they denied ever revoking my membership! Oh, and they want me to pay a cancellation fee.
The staff is amazing!! The classes are great. Equipment beautiful and no pressure zone. You can be at any phase of working out and be comfortable
I love this place! As a bikini athlete, I'm here 6 nights out of the week training. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are Plenti of different machines, free weights, and spaces to practice. My one and only complaint would be that I wish I could practice posing in the studio space. Unfortunately, you must be accompanied by a trainer to use it.
There is not enough free space, and the room is not usable unless you are with a trainer or a class. The paper towels and spray bottles are always out.
I used to love YOUFIT and used to invite everyone here. But lately things have been a mess. The bathroom is always broken. Has been for awhile. They are also starting to not get cleaned as often. I've gone in there a few times and it was disgusting. Also I witnessed a manager telling a member that always comes to classes with her son that he could not attend the class with her or come into the gym because he was 17.
