I like the doctor that did my knee he was very nice and explained everything to me even though i was hoping to get a knee replacement so I can have a better quality of life since I am in my 50s but look only 30 i didn't get what i was hoping. But that being said he did buy me a year of less pain so im grateful for that. Now secretaries not as helpful as the actual doctor.
I realized I paid Tenaya (Yosemite Bone And Joint) twice. The first payment was made on 07/25/2023. Yet, I keep getting emails, text messages, and letters in the mail from Tenaya (Yosemite Bone And Joint) requesting payment for two consecutive months. In the letters, mail, and text messages, they keep telling me that my payments are overdue by, 30 days and 60 days for each month consecutively. Meanwhile, payment was made on 07/25/2023.
