Butchered my daughter's wedding gown two weeks before the wedding and said there was nothing they could do to fix it. Refused to refund even a portion of the $400. Now have to pay someone else $450 to repair the shoddy mistakes done by **** and hope the gown is ready in time. We would NEVER recommend this business. Zero stars. Unfortunately I have to give a star just to get this warning across to others to avoid this business at all costs.

Highly recommend Yongs Alterations!!! She works magic and cares about every piece she works on! I’ve had a million alterations done to my dress. I’ve been loosing weight and she just continually makes changes so the dress fits me like a glove without additional cost. She’s taken the waist in 6 inches, shoulders, chest alterations, hemming through multiple layers, she’s taken in the sleeves up and in, put in a support strap, and added hidden buttons so my train can be bustled up /hidden at the waistline in the back. When I took my wedding dress in to be altered, it didn’t fit at all. And it didn’t fit by a lot! I was told that alterations could make it fit, so I purchased the dress knowing it didn’t fit. Well, I took my dress in to Yongs one month before my wedding. Not only did they have to do a ton of work to my dress (which I felt really bad for) but they did it in one month! I have used Yong's Alterations twice now. Once for an easy hem for a bridesmaid's dress, and most recently for my own wedding dress. For my wedding dress, Yong's took an already beautiful dress and made it fit like it was made for me. They hemmed it, took it in in all the right places, dropped the sleeves to be more off the shoulder, and added in a bustle. I put it on for my wedding and felt more gorgeous than ever before.
