If dedication to a single 2x2 square of tile were an Olympic sport, this cleaning lady would have a gold medal. She’s spent the entire day perfecting that one patch in front of the elevators — truly a sight to behold. When she’s not mopping the same spot for the tenth time, she’s busy following me around and updating her coworkers on my every move. Then she sends them to do her dirty work before returning to her sacred square, sighing dramatically every time someone dares walk past. A masterclass in misplaced effort.

Do not rent in Yolanda Villas. It has, in a few words, one of the worst associations I have ever had the disgust of dealing with. One of the female managers is so incredibly rude and borderline disgusting to customers that she is not fit to deal with human beings. I'm 80% sure most of the positive reviews are done only by apartment owners to help their income and not genuine. Avoid This Place at All Costs Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. The building itself might look decent on the outside, but don’t be fooled—the association is a complete disaster and seems more interested in making tenants miserable than maintaining a livable community.
