I love the interaction of teacher with student in Virginia's classes. It's so helpful to know when you're holding a pose correctly or not, and to be reminded of good things to keep in mind throughout your practice.
Virginia is an excellent and very knowledgeable instructor. I love the atmosphere and am so excited that a studio like this is in Lompoc!!!!!
