Yoga Vie is a unique yoga studio with something to offer everyone interested improving overall wellbeing. The setting is peaceful and perfect for the practice of yoga and the instructors are there to help and do! I especially like the wide variety if props for modification of the poses I can't quite get into, yet;) Very comfortable, clean and friendly, I highly recommend Yoga Vie for yoga in Lompoc!!
