RecommendedI started taking classes at Yoga Vie in March, using the $49 trial offer that allowed me to take as many classes as I wanted to for 30 days. Remarkable experience! I found the instructors to be extremely well-trained. Hands-on shaping of poses is offered if desired, always in a positive manner. Yoga Vie is a lovely yoga studio. It's refreshing just walking in the door. The environment is beautiful, clean, light, and airy. The studio is big and has a lovely floor, which is important, since you are spending quite a lot of time close to the floor! There are a lot of classes to choose from and all the teachers as well as other students are really friendly. Go! You'll love it!
Yoga Vie is a wonderful, supportive place to discover how great yoga can make you feel! The studio is lovely, clean and inviting. Each member of the Yoga Vie team of instructors are warm, welcoming and caring with no judgement. If you're looking to be encouraged and even inspired as you do something special for yourself, this is the place!
Love love love! They have classes for every level. Always welcomed with a smile . The instructors are great ! . I'm taking The Basic class with Joy and she is a joy ! She is so knowledgeable. Always there to help with a pose or answer a question. Incourages us to use the tools when needed and shows a modification if we can't do a certain pose . I feel so wonderful !
