Yobo?s opened in January of 1980. Upon extensive travels thru out the Orient, Henry and Yung Jae (Mita) Raacke decided to share their experiences and opened Yobo?s in Newburgh, New York. They created the first Pan-Asian restaurant. Offering cuisine from Japan, Korea, Indonesia and China. The Raacke?s and Japanese artist Sasaki designed an outdoor village in an interior space. I absolutely love this place! The food is wonderful. The sushi and sashimi is always fresh. There is a large selection of entrees, something there for everyone. The atmosphere is beautiful, lovely restaurant for a date night.
Lived in New Windsor New York for 6 years nobody had anything close to the egg roll at Yobo
Unfortunately, it was not as good as I remembered from the past.
I really enjoyed my time at yobo, the food was awesome, the service was very friendly and thoughtful. Ambiance casual and relaxed. I will definitely go back again
I had been there before and the food was great. We went for mother's day and the food was still great. Sometines you go to a restaurant and because it is a special day the food quality changes, not in this case. Had the happy family and the yobo rice...delish. We also ordered sesame chicken and that was one of the best sesame chickens I have tasted in a while.
Absolutely the best food we've had out in Orange County!
