Dr Yip did a surgery for my daughter at UPMC in June of this year. From the moment she started talking to us we felt at ease. She spoke professionally yet made everything so clear to us and alleviated our anxiousness. She is a very caring doctor and her experience meant my daughter was in excellent hands. Even after the surgery she came out to reassure us and explained all that she did. We felt That human touch added to her professionalism and we appreciated her even more
