OK doctor seems to know what she's doing but overbooks .wait at times up to 2 hrs for a script renewal for non controlled meds I've been on for years and claims she cant add any refills on . BULL$*** just wants to milk my insurance every 3 months. Could be more accmidatimg but friendly enough. I dont find the staff to be rude, just some dont speak the best English. Welcome to flushing. The doc speaks fine though
The office staff is very rude. The doctor doesn't spend much time with the patient, but I guess that's what you would expect nowadays.
Horrible customer service. The staff are unprofessional and rude. The doctor is money hunger. The manager Ting is useless. Bad experience. Never go back to that office again.
