I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother who worked with YES EQUITY to sell our family home in Trinidad, NE, DC. The house was not in great shape and she was looking to sell quick. She called YES EQUITY, after getting a letter in the mail about buying the house. We told them how much we wanted and with little negotiation they agreed to the price. I worked with YES EQUITY when my uncle needed to sell his house in Bloomingdale, NW DC. I did a quick search online to see who buys houses cash and Your Equity Solutions was one of the most reputable companies that appeared. I called them and within 24 hours one of their acquisitions associates came to the house to assess the condition and they followed up with a formal offer over email. I called Your Equity Solutions when my aunt needed to sell her house in Arlington, VA. The house had been vacant for two years and had a lot of maintenance issues and mold. The owner, Mike was very nice and set the expectations from the beginning. They took one detailed look at the house, took some photos, and we went to closing in 10 days at District Title. Such an easy process, thank you guys!!
