I love coming to Yen classes, every aspect of my experience has been meaningful, professional and I leave with a full heart and gratefulness . I love Sunday’s with Crystal and will continue with her classes as often as I can. She sends such a personal message in each class and her energy fills the room . I’m very grateful I’ve found her class. I wish she taught just one more class a week. 😊

Yen Yoga is fabulous! All of the teachers I've had are knowledgeable and positive. Love the cool eucalyptus towels at the end of class!! Just wish I lived in the Traverse City area...
Been going since 2011 !! Peter explained all the poses this morning in hot yoga very well. Just like Leslie did an excellent job in Vinyasa flow last night. Another favorite is detox yoga with Julie I love love love going here
