Ive had 3 back surgeries and doin yoga at Yen has been the best thing for my back, mind, and spirit! Thanks to everyone at yen for your great instructions and being so friendly!
Thoroughly enjoyed my core strength workout. It was challenging and not typical in any way. The instructor made it fun, and I didn’t feel awkward when my moves weren’t perfect. Two thumbs up and a fist bump!

The front desk staff are awesome! They greet you with smiles and are always so helpful. And the instructors are the best. Love ❤️ this yoga and fitness studio!
I moved away for 3 years and just came back. NO WHERE I've been to since Yen has even compared. The times for classes work with my crazy schedule, the rooms are clean and always smell fresh, amenities are clean with extra toiletries, staff is very friendly, and instructors make it easy to follow the flow of class. I've really been a lot of places and this place has always been it for me, nothing compares!💕🧘🏻♀️💕
Wonderful experience at lavender chill yoga. Becky is an expert and was very gracious in guiding us through class, educating along the way and setting a beautiful space to practice in.
I really enjoy the class and it was very relaxing
