I had the nicest driver today! I used your new text feature and it worked like a charm. Smoothest traveling from A to B I've had in a long time. I'm new to using yellow cab but don't plan on using anyone else. Thanks! : )
I'll be switching to Uber. If you'd communicate that a ride request had expired, or require that the closest cab take the request, you'd have much happier customers. I would rather drive and pay obnoxiously for parking than have to make a request, wait 15 minutes for no one to show up, place another request, wait another 15 minutes, etc. during busy hours. The cars are fine, the drivers are fine, but being left in the dark about whether or not a cab is even coming is terrible customer service.
