Your customer service is absolutely the most horrific! Every Sunday an elderly resident is forced to wait HOURS for one of your cabs. It takes her 3 phone calls and bunch of bullshit. I watched a yellow cab drive by not 3 minutes after your dispatcher told her there were none in the area!! If anything, your company has 1 constant... DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
Uber is going to put Yellow Cab out of business! I called for a cab at 3:10! Waited so long I called Uber, in 3 minutes they were there. Yellow called me hour later to say they had arrived!
Always have to call 2 or 3 times just to get picked up. Don't download the ztrip app it doesn't work.
I had 50/50 experience with Yellow Cab over the years but today they sank to the very bottom of service they can deliver. I called before 7 am to order a cab and 10 minutes later was told that the cab #310 was on the way. Till 7:29 am the operators kept telling me that I should "give the cab 2-3 minutes" which I did. At 7:35 I called again and realized that this cab dropped my order! So I had to order the cab again and they put in a " rush order" that came in 20 minutes. Do they know people have places they got to be. It's a reason to call them. So we won't be late. Come on y'all have to do better and pick us up at a decent time. Don't want my child to be late for school. I tried to get a job there because it seems like they need more people but they didn't give me a call back. Guess they are sticking with foreigners.
The service that they gave my semi disabled sister was the absolute worst. They kept hanging up on her when she called, they weren't listening to her properly when she tried to give them her pick up and drop off address, the customer service dispatch lady was rude and kept hanging up on her and to top it all off, they had my sister waiting for over an hour at night for a cab.
